Please find attached updated Illustrations from the NFHS. Many of these things we went over in December and January but not all of them.
As I receive new illustrations/interpretations I will amend this message so it is always up to date.
New Interpretation/Clarification: Since it came up in our meeting on Jan 2nd, we have finally received clarification on the near fall and OOB scenarios. This is a new illustration below that should clarify the point of contention around all supporting points and when to look at offensive persons knees. This been discussed with other officials associations in New England for consistency as the post season approaches.
